Policies

Items in new, resalable condition can be returned within 30 days for all full refund.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Close-out and sale items are also not refundable. For instructions on returning your product please email info@hopsandharvest.com ; upon receipt of your approved return you will recieve credit to the credit card used for purchase within 7 days. Returns received without prior authorization will not receive credit or return shipment. Should a determination be made that your product is not in like new, resalable condition you will not receive credit and may have the product returned at your expense. 

Should you experience a defect with any Harvest & Harvest product just send us an email with the nature of the problem (please include your order/invoice number).  Defective products receive shipment of a replacement product once the return has been received and verified; typical turn around time is 1-2 business days.

Payments / Shipping

Credit card billing addresses, and security code verification is very important for the protection of an online retailer.  Information provided must match 100% with what your credit card company has on file; discrepancies will result in a delay in the shipment of your order.  One attempt will me made to verify any inconsistencies; should Hops & Harvest be unable to verify your information on the second attempt your order will be canceled. 

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. In the unlikely event of a backorder situation we will provide notification via email within 1-2 business days.
