The Sunpentown WA-1220H is a 12,000 BTU portable air conditioner that includes a heater. It can cool or heat an area up to 400 square feet while removing up to 65 pints of moisture per day. Other features include 2 fan speeds as well as a digital temperature display, a digital thermostat with a range of 62F to 90F and a remote control. Self-Evaporating Technology This air conditioner features self-evaporating technology, which extracts water from the air during the cooling or heating process. Most of the water is then recycled and used to cool the cooling coils, making it run more efficiently. When using the heating mode, continuous drainage is highly recommended.
